Simon PLC Attorneys & Counselors is proud to announce that our attorneys Matt Vogler and Jayson Blake prevailed in a hard-fought jury trial defending our financial institution client. The case was contentious, with plaintiff seeking $250,000 in compensatory damages and $1,000,000 in punitive damages. After three days of trial, the jury rendered a verdict, with a judgment of no cause of action. An overwhelming total victory in favor of our client who never once wavered in refusing to compromise in the defense of the case.
This outcome is a direct result of Matt and Jayson’s meticulous preparation, strategic advocacy, and courtroom skill.
