Simon PLC responded to this need early in our formation by establishing a local office to enforce creditor claims. Today that office stands strong with an expansive level of service including default servicing, consumer and commercial litigation, employment matters, shareholder disputes, loan documentation, transactional work, loan workouts from defaults, forbearance agreements, restructuring, and the management of creditor side bankruptcies.
