In addition, our Petroleum Practice Group focuses much of its attention between our offices in Michigan and Texas addressing the interests of banks, energy loans, oil and gas distributors, participant lenders, and investors. From creditor participation loans in wells, drilling, PMPA and retail petroleum issues we’ve had opportunities to advise investors, suppliers, publicly traded refiners, in house counsel, owner operators, jobbers, bankers and distributors in many aspects of the energy industry.
