Joshua D. Brody

Mr. Brody has extensive experience on real estate transactions and performance-based experiences particularly in Multifamily and Commercial portfolios, working previously for one of the largest real estate companies that handles real estate transactions and receiverships nationwide. He specializes in lease and contract negotiations, having negotiated a complex portfolio of ancillary income contracts with cable/fiber providers, valet operators, building naming rights agreements, antenna leases, as well as hundreds of commercial leases.

Mr. Brody has also worked for a large Multifamily developer and operator, overseeing leasing, operations, and commercial buildouts in mixed-use buildings, as well as asset managing over 2,000 + apartments, helping increasing NOI on multiple projects and overseeing ancillary income contracts. In addition, Mr. Brody has extensive experience working with municipalities on zoning, development, and asset management issues in municipalities throughout the country.

Mr. Brody earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in public financial management from Indiana University in 2010 and a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2014.
