Bloomfield Hills – On June 12, 2017 the Hon. Edward Ewell, Wayne County Circuit Court, entered an order appointing Frank R. Simon, Esq. (“Simon”) as Receiver of Arcadia Services, Inc. (“Arcadia). On June 24, 2019 The Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”) recognized Simon PLC, Simon and John W. Polderman, Esq. (“Polderman”) along with the entire Arcadia turnaround team for having completed the “Small Company Transaction of The Year”.
